Our TCT saw blade sharpening uses specialist CNC machines, six in total including two robot loaded, for full re-manufacturing of blades rather than simple surface fixes.
To ensure repeatable quality, Dynashape employ the same machines used to produce new blades, so each blade is restored to as-new standards with precise carbide tip alignment, correct tooth profile, proper clearance angles, and full face and top regulation.
Unlike “part-grinding” approaches that only touch the tooth face, our process restores performance throughout the blade to deliver longer cutting life, cleaner cuts, and greater efficiency.
