The TL mitre saw has been proven to be dependable and highly accurate offering the highest safety protection without reducing operating effectiveness. It has an easy rotation cutting table for left/right mitre cuts through 180 degrees and a moving back fence to increase the width cutting capacity. Standard with horizontal & vertical pneumatic clamps, mist spray blade lubrication system, (option for Addimist pure oil micro mist), removable swarf drawer and a air blow cleaning gun.

Pure oil micro-mist blade lubrication system recommended over the standard soluble system, as it delivers a high performance neat oil in minute highly controlled doses. Giving a cleaner working environment with no odors or risk of skin irritation sometimes connected with soluble fluids. Each dose cane be scaled by adjusting the size of each pulse and the frequency of each pulse.

Italy Vaccuum Maxi Vortex

High performance swarf extraction system with dual connections above and below the cutting table. Using tangential inlets that produce a highly efficient cyclone which easily out performs similar looking units without this design technology. It is fully compliant to handle aluminium, pvc, brass, plastics & copper. There are options to cope with a large range of dust producing materials as well. The steel container easily is removable for emptying. There is a clean up hose and tool with isolation damper.

Roller support table with manual set material stop and graduated scale. 3000mm long with 280mm wide rollers (100kg point loading) available with steel rollers and neoprene coated rollers for aluminium and materials with a sensitive surface finish. Adjustable support legs are available together with connection brackets. The modules can be joined for longer lengths.

Tronzadoras MG E 1/2/3/4 Infeed Table

PVC coated input roller conveyor for Aluminium and pvc profiles, adaptable to all aluminium/pvc cutting machines with an ascendant and descendent blade saw.

MG TM-Measuring System

Tronzadoras MG TM 3 – 4 – 6 roller table with hand-wheel positioned material stop and battery LCD display of the selected cutting length. Fitted with soft coated rollers to protect the material surface finish.

MG TMDG-Measuring System
