Highly productive cutting cell comprising of large 600 mm blade semi-Automatic mitre saw with NC powered head rotation and servo driven material pushing system.  The pushing and loading elements are available in customer definable operational lengths, standard is 3-4-6 m. There are many options for the unloading side..

Italy Vaccuum Maxi Vortex

High performance swarf extraction system with dual connections above and below the cutting table. Using tangential inlets that produce a highly efficient cyclone  which easily out performs similar looking units without this design technology. It is fully compliant to handle aluminium, pvc, brass, plastics & copper. There are options to cope with a large range of dust producing materials as well. The steel container easily is removable for emptying. There is a clean up hose and tool with isolation damper.
