OZ Machinery APEX – Auto CNC
Apex Auto is an advance corner crimping machine that processes aluminum profiles with all setting parameters
automatically set wtiyh the cnc and servo drives.
It has a total of 12 axes that automatically adjust all blade distances, press points, and press amount. In this
way, all blades can move independently of each other. This movement capability allows the blades to adjust
the most accurate point for pressing and allows for the most appropriate amount of pressing. With the
servo-controlled pressing axis, it makes a precise press and prevents excessive pressure from being applied.
In profile learning mode, the profile is placed in the machine, and the blades are positioned according to the
press points. The press amount and the post-press retraction amount are entered into the recipe in mm. If
necessary, a second press amount with a different amount can be entered for a more solid press. After all the
dimensions are entered, the appropriate picture is selected to help with the direction of profile placement
during operation, and it is saved with the recipe ID number.
While pressing in automatic mode, the recipe is selected, and each blade goes to the positions in the recipe.
After the profiles are placed in the machine, the start button is pressed, the centering block and then the
clamp fix the profile. The press is made in the amount in the recipe, and the process is completed
