Mecal SW 550R

Single head mitre saw with horizontal sawblade feed and pneumatic tilting head for quick left/right/ 90 degree cuts. The head angle is selected with mechanical stops on a graduated sector plate, the operator can then chose any one of three angle settings with a simple button press on the control panel.

Addimist

Pure oil micro-mist blade lubrication system recommended over the standard soluble system, as it delivers a high performance neat oil in minute highly controlled doses. Giving a cleaner working environment with no odours or risk of skin irritation sometimes connected with soluble fluids. Each dose cane be scaled by adjusting the size of each pulse and the frequency of each pulse.

Italy Vaccuum Universal

High performance swarf extraction system with single connection behind the cutting table. Using a tangential inlet that produce a highly efficient cyclone  which easily out performs similar looking units without this design technology. It is fully compliant to handle aluminium, pvc, brass, plastics & copper. There are options to cope with a large range of dust producing materials as well. The steel container easily is removable for emptying. There is a clean up hose and tool with isolation damper.

Roller support table with manual set material stop and graduated scale. 3000mm long with 280mm wide rollers (100kg point loading) available with steel rollers and neoprene coated rollers for aluminium and materials with a sensitive surface finish. Adjustable support legs are available together with connection brackets. The modules can be joined for longer lengths.
