MAXI VORTEX 58 dust & chip extractor
The MAXI VORTEX 58 (extra-large size) with double inlet sits at the very top of the highly developed Vortex 58 line. The Maxi effectively removes chips and dust from day one. Its performance is unmatched and only increases due to a larger cyclone chamber. This allows an even more powerful cyclonic effect by virtue of its remarkable increase in internal volume.
This height difference lets the filter sit above the suctioned material. This helps avoid blockage and allows the material to flow more freely inside.
This design aims for high performance from the start. It measures 200mm taller than the standard model so there is no need to add extensions later.

| 2 x tangential inlets as opposed to front central design. This feature is important. The design creates a strong vortex when entering the chamber, which greatly improves performance. These 2 inlets are strategically positioned below the internal filter which serves as the heart of the vacuum cleaner. This means that when dust and chips enter the vacuum cleaner, they do not touch the filter. This helps the filter last longer and reduces maintenance costs for customers. | We have a great filter shaking system that really works. Many of our customers appreciate it highly. To connect to the company’s air supply, just open the dedicated tab. The system will shake the filter. Thanks to gravity, all the dust and chips collected during cutting or sawing will fall into the bin. This makes it easy to contain and capture the debris. |

By using this, you are actually able to stop oil residues that come from chip extraction.
