Oz Machine Leo-R Aluminium Saw

Fully automatic single head digital cutting machine with 550 mm forward motion blade. The Leo R is a flexible machine that can be used for precise cutting aluminium, plastic and wooden profiles.

LEO R provides rapid and automatic positioning of heads with servo control at any angles between -22.5° and 45°. Safety is a top priority with the LEO R, together with the horizontal and vertical clamps, the cutting zone protection cover improves cutting safety.

High performance swarf extraction system with single connection behind the cutting table. Using a tangential inlet that produce a highly efficient cyclone which easily out performs similar looking units without this design technology. It is fully compliant to handle aluminium, pvc, brass, plastics & copper. There are options to cope with a large range of dust producing materials as well. The steel container easily is removable for emptying. There is a clean up hose and tool with isolation damper.
