TECNOMIST oil mist extractor
Every now and then a product is developed to challenge a brand leader who have generally ruled the market on their terms. Italy Vacuum has stepped up to disrupt the oil mist extraction market. They have developed a range of extraction systems that absolutely take things to another level from every aspect. Super competitive purchase cost – no expensive service costs as all but the simply replaced Hepa filter they are washable in warm water, lower power consumption and increased efficiency and removal rate all add up to eye watering cost savings compared to the leading brand.

Filtering stages: | Clean in warm water (excl Hepa filter which can be simply replaced by the user |
1st stage – The strong integrated cyclone breaks down 95% of the contaminating particles. This means only a small percentage reaches the next filters. This level of filtration comes from the centrifugal force that enhances the coalescence effect. Italy vacuum has also added a forced spiral path for the air flow, catching even the lightest particles. This design makes sure that even the smallest contaminants are quickly removed. They are sent directly into the collection and recycling channel. | 2nd stage – Stainless steel labyrinth filters with parallel staves have a very high-quality finish. They work by using inertial separation. This process traps most of the micro drops carried by the air flow. As a result, they protect the filters that come after them. This filter is washable. |
3rd stage – This filter uses corrugated and woven steel mesh. It can block any metal residues. There are four high-density layers stacked on top of each other. All layers are fully washable. | 4th stage – The special filter called SPRAYES has 13 layers of expanded aluminum plate. It has a surface density of 2 Kg/m² (0.41 lb/ft²) and a thickness of 1.5 cm (0.59”). The filter has a weight efficiency of 71%. It can hold up to 1 Kg/m² (0.20 lb/ft²). This filter protects against flows of gaseous substances that contain grease. Filter is washable. |
5th stage – This filter is made of strong, efficient polyester fibers. It has excellent drainage for oil and other refrigerants. Filter is washable. | 6th stage – The white polyester filter is called “non-woven.” It is made of synthetic fibers that vary in density, length, and curl. The fibers are joined together by fusion, also known as thermo-bonding. This creates a random arrangement of the fibers. This unique structure helps reduce pressure drop increases. This is better than filters with a uniform structure. This filter is also washable. |
7th stage – This high-efficiency Hepa H13 filter is designed to reduce oil micro-particles and bacteria. It works with 99.95% efficiency. One unique feature is the heat-sealed separators. Their design increases the filtering surface and keeps the pleats evenly spaced. This allows for optimal air flow. They are made entirely of polystyrene, which is fully incinerable and halogen-free. These separators can work efficiently at temperatures up to 70 °C. | GENERAL INFORMATION Volume of treated air: from 500 m3 to 3300 m3 ( 300 cfm to 2000,cfm ) Air inlet diameter: 120mm ( 4.72” ) Power: 1,1 kW ( 1.5 hp ) – 1,5 kw ( 2 hp ) – 2,2 Kw ( 3 hp ) |
Optional filter 8th stage – Possibility of inserting an optional activated carbon filter to reduce odors. |
