Mist Extraction

Virtually Mandatory now mist extraction is an important option to consider either supplied with a new machine or easy retro-fit. Our Italy Vacuum is the most efficient and cost effective solution. Lower purchase cost than leading brand, no scheduled servicing costs as all filters with the exception of the HEPA filter can be user cleaned with an air gun or just warm water, and finally the extraction performance is industry leading by comparison.

5 position tool magazine

5-position tool magazine on the machine. It may contain tools for drilling, milling, tapping, end-milling. A second magazine can also be added on the right side.

4 axis machining capability
4 Axis Machining

The machine has 3+1 axis machining. It can rotate the A axis using a pneumatic rotating table with auto stops at -90deg 0 deg +90 deg and manual stops for intermediate angles.

Clamping

6 clamps

MU-DPM version is the most popular choice. In this model, the clamps move automatically into position. This happens through the machining head carriage.

Loading Zones

Single loading zone with 2 zero reference stops allowing 2 different jobs of appropriate length to be worked. For a full-length job, the machine can be opened. This allows for machining profiles that are longer than the Z axis.

Designed to be the most advanced and easy to use system currently available. All of the basic programming is available with pre-loaded macros which are applied by a simple drag and drop process. The 3D graphic shows a clear and accurate view. You can look at it from any angle to find errors. It also shows how to correctly load the workpiece.

External Connections

We can connect to many external window packages, including Schucal-Logikal. Sometimes, a linking program is needed for an extra cost.

The converter imports IGES files in completed SW CAD 3D and creates the program to process the job. This function is in high demand from industrial clients using Inventor-Solid Works and Solid Edge type programs.
