ARMOURTECH SEMI-SYNTHETIC SOLUBLE LUBRICANT
Semi-synthetic cutting fluid, oil-free and water-miscible concentrate, when mixed it produces an ultra-stable solution for use in all waters with long life.
This cutting lubricant is a clear, water-mix cutting fluid and is suitable for use on the following materials:
- Ferrous metals including stainless steel and cast iron
- Inconel and other high spec alloys
- Titanium alloys
- Plastics
Available in 25 litre, 5 litre and 1 litre bottles.
SYSTEMS CLEANER
If using this synthetic cutting fluid product for the first time, you will need to use our systems cleaner to flush out your machine in preparation. Simply add 1% (of you machine’s sump capacity) systems cleaner to your current oil (no need to stop production), run the machine for a minimum of 8 hours, empty out, flush with clean water and then fill with Armourtech Synthetic cutting lubricant.
