The future of higher speed machining has been delivered in the remarkable shape of the all new MC307. With an X axis traverse speed of 150 meters per minute it is comparabley twice as fast as other machines. The MC307 uses the very latest plc fibre optic control and Mecals new CAD3d software which also takes this machine to another level. Mesoft-V2 can interface directly with Autocad and any commercial window & door management software, the user friendly operator interface aslo makes quick work of shop floor programing. Setting up time is also a major consideration so the MC307 is fitted as standard with 5 fully motorised automatic self positioning vices. |
