The Everising NC-460HB is a machine with functional simplicity & cutting performance at its heart.
The Black Art of sawing has been removed with a touch and select Data entry control.
The library of material grades allows the operator to select the material that is to be cut. The size, cut lengths and number of pieces are entered on the control page, additional features allow programmable running in time and blade deflection monitoring.
From the programmed data the machine sets the band speed and feed rate for each material, with the progressive change in area the computer is able to control the material removal rate and band speed during the running in and the production cutting cycle.
During the running of the machine the operator is able to view a status page that pictorially displays the blades position in the cut and gives feed rate and band speed. It is also possible to make single step modifications of the cutting cycle during auto running that can change the cutting data.
Weighing in at over 5 tons the machine is extremely ridged providing a stable cutting platform that was specifically designed to work with either Bi-metal or Carbide tipped blades. The material is held both side of the blade by powered vices that have both X and Y axis movement, this means that the material can be displaced from its X axis position to generate Kerf relief so that when using Carbide blades there is no danger of tooth face contact when the blade is withdrawn from the cut.
There are additional features that allow the customer to modify and add to the material library so that data on even the most extensive range of materials can be stored and recalled, allowing confidence in the operator being able to fully utilise the life and performance of the blade.
Minimum bar end waste is achieved with the feed vice positioning within 25mm of the blade.
