World Leading Ironworkers   The ‘Compact range are universal multi-purpose and compact hydraulic steelworkers developed for production purposes with maximum efficiency. We offer 3 types in this range : COMPACT 40, 45 & 60 The ‘Compact 40' is the most compact machine with 4 workstations for punching, cropping round and angle bars, cutting angle iron and shearing flat bar, whereas the Compact 45 and 60 have an additional notching station. The punch station is designed to enable multiple punching applications.  The universal bolster on Compact 45 and 60 offers the option of punching sheetmetal, flat bar, angle iron and the flange of channel and beam..  Tooling for special applications is available on simple request.  Large heavy-duty tables with guides are part of the extensive range of standard equipment. The machines are equipped with blades for cropping round and square bars , optional blades are available for cutting U-, I-, T- and many other special profiles.  Angle iron can be cut on 90° and/or 45° (through both flanges, internal and external).  All blades have multiple cutting edges and can be reground.  The shear is able to cut thin as well as thin material without the need for blade gap or cutting angle adjustments.  Also flanges of angle profiles can be cut. The universal steelworkers are delivered with an extensive range of standard equipment, such as large heavy-duty tables on the punch-, shear-, and notching station (on Compact 45 and 60). Easy adjustable holddowns to enable production in a safe and accurate way are fitted on every station. Free standing on suitable floor, they just need electrical connection to be ready to work The hydraulic circuit is activated by a shielded foot-pedal - the low power inch mode on each workstation enables the correct workpiece-positioning and tool-aligning. Moreover, the compact 45 and 60 machines are equipped with centralised pressure lubrication - being one feature of the low maintenance requirements. the low maintenance requirements. Compact 40 45 60 Punch Station X X X Angle Station X X X Section cutting station X X X Shearing statio X X X Notching station   X X   The Kingsland Multi range of 60 up to 175 ton machines are in the Kingsland tradition of well engineered, robust steelworkers, built for a long working life. These universal machines are supplied with standard tooling including repetition support tables at punch, shear and notch stations and with easily adjusted holddowns at all five work stations to safely control the operations. Comprehensive safety guards are fitted as standard on all work stations. Free standing on a suitable floor, they just require electrical connection to be ready for work. For two operator utilisation , the hydraulic system is activated by two shielded foot controls, one operating the punch end cylinder, the other operating the shear end cylinder. The shear cylinder provides the power to the three shearing and the notch stations. The system gives accurate power inching at all five work stations and allows the machine to e stopped at any position giving safe and accurate tool setting and work positioning. Limit switches at both ends of the machine control stroke length at all stations. Centralised lubrication is metered by one-shot system, being only one feature of the low maintenance requirement. An optional ‘Production Pack' is available to enhance the machine specification, this includes: 1 low volt halogen lamp on a movable magnetic base, 1.0m long touch and cut ruled length stop, fine adjustment facility to the punch stroke and measuring scales in the notch table.
